I broke my promise. I gave in to my shopping desire. While in New York State for a work assignment last week, I bought beauty products. I just couldn’t help myself. With cheaper prices at Sephora and the new discovery of the beauty heaven that is Ulta, I’m surprised that my credit cards didn’t melt. I didn’t go too crazy, but I did get some pretty amazing things.

Ulta: Ulta is kinda like a mix or Sephora and Shoppers Drug Mart. One side of the store has all of the amazing drug store brands at amazingly low prices, and the other side carries all of the pricey brand names that you’d find at Sephora…..maybe even more. The store also has an amazing nail, hair and waxing salon. I loved the place so much that I was there twice in one day and the ladies there gave me an Ulta Points Card. This is what I got at Ulta:

Now Sephora is where I really hit the jackpot. I’ve had my eye on the Sephora Favourites Superstars box for quite some time…a $336 value being sold for $90 at Canadian Sephoras. Now the Canadian and American dollar is not very far off, but the same box is being sold in the States for only $75. So…I bought. And what amazing things comes in the box?! ALL FOR JUST $75
