The Reading List

There is no better pass-time than reading. I’ve been the biggest book worm for as long as I can remember. As a kid I was constantly putting off homework so that I could spend my time reading books instead. Both in elementary and high school I was that nerd that worked in the library after school hours, wanting nothing more than to be surrounded by the stories that I was constantly getting lost in. So I thought it was about time I shared some of my literary loves with you guys.

I love reading in all different forms. Printed paperback or hardcover books are hands down the best way to enjoy a good book. But, with the constant travelling I’m always doing, my Kobo is the best! Up to 1000 different books on one little ereader and lighter in weight than almost every other book I’d attempt to travel with. And lastly audiobooks – not my favourite method of reading a book, but it’s a perfect way to pass the time while I’m driving back and forth to assignments for work, some of which are up to 8 hours away.

Lately I’ve been loving: #Girlboss by Sophia Amoruso, Longbourn by Jo Baker, Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn, The Cuckoo’s Calling by Robert Galbraith (a.k.a J.K. Rowling) and all books by Rainbow Rowell, especially Fangirl. I always enjoy a large assortments of books and genres, but each and every year I end up back at the same book. Having read it about 20 times now, Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen is hands down my favourite book of all times. Nothing will ever compare.

What is your favourite book of all times? I love hearing reading suggestions so let me have them!!
