Review: Tarte Amazonian 12 Hour Clay Blush in Tipsy

I’m not usually one to go for bright pink blushers, but I’m always open to try new things. These were my thoughts as I unwrapped the Tarte Amazonian 12 Hour Clay Blush in Tipsy as a Christmas gift from a very good friend of mine. A super cute, bright pink, Barbie-eqsue blusher. Yet being a recent worshipper of all things Tarte, I squealed with joy and excitedly brought it home to add to my collection and try as soon as I could.

Boy, where my expectations wrong. Do not judge a colour by past experiences when its coming from a new brand! Lesson learned. Tipsy is an easy to wear everyday “just pinched” cheek colour. It’s quite build-able upon application but I prefer the sheer, light dusting of a simple quick swipe! I love it so much that it has taken its place in my everyday routine and I think it’s probably there to stay until I get a bit of sun on these cheeks. I should really get my friends to pick out my colours all the time! This one was a smashing success!!

I absolutely love the Tarte Amazonian 12 Hour Clay Blush in Tipsy and can’t wait to add more of these blushes to my stash. Have you ever tried these Tarte blushes? Which is your favourite?
