And finally, after seeing so many gifting guides over the past week, today I share with you the coveted items that I’m lusting over this Christmas. Probably leaving this a little late, as Christmas is only 6 days away, but better late than never right?

I found this list quite difficult to put together this year. When it comes to gifting holidays I’m all about the giving and always forget about the getting, so I don’t put too much thought into it during such a hectic and busy time of year. But I thought about it for a little while and put together this small list of wonderful items that I’d be delighted to receive this Christmas! Hopefully I’m on Santa’s Nice List.

The first is the Kat Von D Shade and Light Eye Palette. I’ve been swooning over this baby since it hit the shelves and each and every time I’m in Sephora I stop and stare, put it in my basket, then leave without it. I’m not quite sure why. Probably has something to do with the fact that I think I have way too many eyeshadow palettes, but then that’s not really a thing, right? This is a gorgeous palette of neutral and warm matte shades for the perfect smokey and contoured eyes. Just like the Kat Von D Shade and Light contour palette, it’s amazing formula’s and super long lasting. I love Kat Von D.

I’ve really been loving bits and pieces of my skin care routine lately, but I’m still lacking in something. Just not sure what it is yet. So I’d love to try some new and well known skin care brands and saviours and with holiday gift sets out this would be the best time to sample and try new brands. I’d love a set such as the Fresh Skincare Heroes, the Sunday Riley Power Couple Duo or the Caudalie Instant Radiance Set. 

Next, is the Original Beauty Blender. I don’t have one .How is it that I don’t have one? No clue. But I’ve really gotten into sponge application of my liquid foundations recently and my cheap Ulta version just ain’t doing it for me.

I’ve really been into reading witty and insightful books by some pretty influential ladies recently (as you may have seen from my Book Lovers Gift Guide) They might not be Malala or Hilary Clinton, but they’re quite influential in their own fields and have some pretty awesome stuff to say. I’d love to read Drew Barrymore’s Wildflower, a book of Drew’s life and adventures since she was 14.

Since I’ve been upping my camera game lately I’ve been taking so many more pictures and having so much fun with it! I’m still on the lookout for a new camera lens as the auto focus on mine is busted, but I still have to do the research and shop around before I shell out a few hundred bucks for one. But in the meantime, I’d love to get a cool lens for my iPhone 6 Plus camera! The iPhone camera is amazing quality and sometimes I actually reach for my phone rather than my Nikon.
