Review – Super Facialist by Una Brennan Rose Hydrate Mask

Some of us just need a good mid-week mask session. And even more than mid-week, we Canadian’s are certainly in need of mid-winter moisture! Dropping temperatures, snow blowing in our faces and for me, early mornings that see my moisturizing and cleansing routines out the window. So last night I needed some hump-day help and it came in the form of my new favourite product from the Una Brennan Super Facialist line, the Rose Hydrate Intense Moisture Mask.

Literally everything I could want is right there in the name. Rose, Moisture, Mask. Yup, that sums it all up. It’s an amazing smelling, super relaxing and gentle mask that my face seems to drink up quick. I usually put it on while I’m stepping into the shower at night and leave it on for the duration of my shower routine – that’s about 8-10 minutes I’d say. Then right before getting out of the shower I rinse it all off. After patting my face dry it feels amazing! I still need to use my nightly moisturizer due to all the water used while rinsing the mask off, but combined the mask and moisturizer are making a noticeable difference in my face this winter! And that’s saying something! My face has always had a hard time in the cold weather.

I have nothing but great things to say about all of the Una Brennan products that I have tried and this is absolutely no exception. With the Super Facialist Cleansing Oil, the Super Facialist Vitamin C Daily Wash and the Super Facialist Charcoal Mask already in my arsenal, I couldn’t wait to add some more. Now if only I could find somewhere in Canada to purchase them…..anyone know?

Thanks to my lovely sister in Ireland for continuously supplying me with the better products that the Canadian markets don’t sell.

What are your favourite winter-skin-saving masks?
