Don’t you just love smearing thick, black cleanser all over your face that proceeds to heat up and get tingly and warm as you lather? No, neither do I. So I certainly wasn’t expected what I got when I cracked open my Boscia Thermal Black Cleanser that I received from Sephora as a VIB gift recently. The acrid smell, the thoroughly concerning warmth that spreads over my face. I scared the crap out of me. But now that i know thats actually what is supposed to happen, how do I feel about the product?

 Forgetting about the feeling, colour and smell of the product, does it actually work? Well, I certainly do enjoy the remaining feeling after I cleanse my face. The product leaves my face feeling freshly clean, but without any tightness of drying aftermath. Oddly, as much as I don’t enjoy the feeling, the fact that I can feel the cleanser doing something on my face makes me believe it’s truly working and doing more than other cleansers; using the heat to open and de-clog/detoxify your pores. 

So overall, I won’t be spending the money on this concerning warming cleanser as the sensation kinda turns me off. But from my short time using the product I truly think it has been working hard to open my pores and give them a good deep clean.
